Hi friends,

Welcome to my lymphatic community. I’m so happy you’re here!

This past year, more than ever has been a deep reminder of why our relationships matter- our relationships to ourselves, our bodies, our emotions, our health, our environment and of course, with each other.

It’s a natural tendency of mine to show up in the world based on the seasons. I’m outgoing, social and spunky in the summer, and relish the cocooning inward turn of the mild California winters. Honoring the seasonal shifts suits me.

What I’ve found as a lymphatic drainage therapist is that no matter what time of year, what my mood is like, or my stress level, there’s self-care I can do that nourishes me from the inside out.

Part of that is connecting to people. I learn from my clients and friends as much as they learn from me. Being able to connect with you is a blossoming life-line that I don’t take for granted.

That’s why I’m excited to share with you the ingredients to achieve optimal lymphatic health so you can feel (and look) your best. In my Newsletters, I’ll be sharing the lymphatic self-care tips I developed based on science and the clinical knowledge I’ve gained in my career over the past 25 years. My goal is for you to spend a few moments nurturing yourself in easy ways because when lymph flows, everything else flows too.

When I’m inspired, and my creativity is piqued, I make joyful, smart, healthy choices that has a ripple effect on those around me too. So I’ll be sending you nuggets from time to time that have sparked my fuse in the hopes that you may be ignited too.

More soon, my new friends…

In the meantime, may you be in good lymphatic health always,

XX,

Lisa
