My book launches in just 3 weeks and already the response has been amazing!
I wrote this book for you.

It’s a HOW TO GUIDE – full of self-massage sequences for common ailments like sinus & lung congestion, earaches, bloating, menstrual cramps, recovery from athletic injury, surgery, side effects from cancer treatment and more…. And yes, there’s tips on how to get glowing skin, improve cellulite and slim your waistline.

My mission is to give everyone access to affordable, pro-active health advice based on my 25+ year career working with cancer patients at UCLA Medical Center to young people in my private practice who are looking to avoid the chronic illnesses their parents face.

I had the privilege of working with a very talented Illustrator and dear friend, Emma Lyddon, on creating new artistic renderings of the Lymphatic System and easy to follow images on how to massage yourself for well-being.

Because you are part of my community. I’m giving you a SNEAK PEEK into some of the beautiful images Emma created for this book.

Dry-Brushing 101

How to Dry-Brush

1. Brush in sections towards your lymph nodes

2. Brush from your feet up to your thighs

3. Brush your stomach clockwise to enhance digestion

4. Brush from the back of your body to the front of your body

5. Brush from your arms to your armpits

6. Brush from your chest to your armpits

7. Finish brushing towards your heart

8. Use a separate facial dry brush to brush your face down towards your neck

Dry-Brushing Benefits

I always say Lymphatic self-massage and dry-brushing is like feng-shui for your body. You know that great “lighter” feeling you get when you clean out your closets…

Dry-brushing is not only invigorating, but here’s some other great benefits:
